Aloha, welcome to our home! A beachy two-bedroom across from Kalapaki beach. Easy walking to shopping, surfing and some of the island's best restaurants! This great central location makes it easy to travel to either end of the island.<br />This is our family's home and we welcome you while we are on the mainland.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Banyan Harbor charges a one-time $20 key fee upon arrival.<br /><br />You will have to climb one set of stairs to enter the condo. Occasionally you may hear neighbors, roosters or maintenance in the morning. We provide ear plugs for light sleepers and the AC/fan provides an extra barrier for white noise. If you have any concerns please contact the front desk or security about excessive noise.<br /><br />The entire complex has a monthly pest control and we keep our home very clean. However, it is the tropics and sometimes you may see a bug in the apartment. We try our absolute best to minimize this occurrence!<br /><br />We have a ventless dryer, these models take about twice as long to dry.
