Not all units will be affected at the same time. <br /> <br />Please note that Airbnb will group the following mandatory, non-refundable fees under their "Cleaning Fee" section. 1) Vacation Rental Damage Waiver plan that will cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior and will cover up to $1,500 in damages. 2) Processing Fee: Our team is available daily from 9am-5:30pm for general questions or issues that arise, plus we have invested in an after-hours emergency staff. 3) Cleaning Fee: Our condos receive a CDC compliant cleaning and we provide a one-time starter supply of kitchen supplies, dish soap, detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, and Maui-made toiletries at the completion of our deep cleaning.
