This resort has a pool, hot tub, tennis/pickle-ball courts, fitness center, BBQs, complimentary washer & dryers on each floor, vending machines, & more! The front desk is open 24/7 for check in & there are valets to assist with luggage. This fee is not included in your quote & is collected directly by The Whaler Resort Front Desk. <br />January 1, 2024: $31/night + taxes <br />April 1, 2024: $33/night + taxes<br />April 1, 2025: $35/night + taxes<br />Whaler Resort Spalling & Painting Project:<br />Required spall repair of the concrete towers will be performed simultaneously with the exterior painting and is scheduled to start at **Tower 2 on August 15, 2023 and be completed at Tower 2 on December 14, 2023. Tower 1 repairs will start and be completed during the same period the following year, starting ~August 12, 2024. <br /><br />Whaler 420 is located in Tower 1 in -20 stack and work has been completed. <br /><br />Aside from the project commencement date, the start dates on the stacks may be a little earlier or later than the projected schedule. All schedule dates are approximate. Actual schedule progress will be impacted by weather conditions and severity of concrete spall repairs.<br /><br />It may be noisy, dusty, annoying, and disruptive to the use and enjoyment of apartment units and their surrounding areas during this time. Due to the necessary work being performed on lanais and facades, and the potential for falling debris, apartment lanais will be closed during working hours (Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm) while work on the vertical stacks is being performed. Access to lanais during non-working hours will be allowed unless safety issues are discovered and require temporary closure. During stack construction, lanai furniture will be consolidated and protected with plastic sheeting. Lanai surfaces may become dusty during stack construction. Lanai’s adjacent to the work areas may experience some wind blown dust from construction area.<br /><br />By booking this condo, you agree that you understand there will be an active painting & repair project occurring during this time frame & Maui Westside is not responsible for how this project or any other unexpected occurrences may affect your stay including but not limited to; inconvenience from construction, noise, traffic, limited parking, or neighboring guests.
