This resort has a pool, hot tub, tennis/pickle-ball courts, fitness center, BBQs, complimentary washer & dryers on each floor, vending machines, & more! The front desk is open 24/7 for check in & there are valets to assist with luggage. Painting & spall repair for Tower 2 will begin on August 15, 2023, and conclude on December 14, 2023. Tower 1 will undergo the same repairs the following year, starting around August 12, 2024. We appreciate your understanding and support as The Whaler continues to improve and maintain the beauty of the resort.<br /><br />Whaler 515 is located in Tower 1 in -15 stack and work has been completed. <br /><br />Aside from the project commencement date, the start dates on the stacks may be a little earlier or later than the projected schedule. All schedule dates are approximate. Actual schedule progress will be impacted by weather conditions and severity of concrete spall repairs.<br /><br />It may be noisy, dusty, annoying, and disruptive to the use and enjoyment of apartment units and their surrounding areas during this time. Due to the necessary work being performed on lanais and facades, and the potential for falling debris, apartment lanais will be closed during working hours (Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm) while work on the vertical stacks is being performed. Access to lanais during non-working hours will be allowed unless safety issues are discovered and require temporary closure. During stack construction, lanai furniture will be consolidated and protected with plastic sheeting. Lanai surfaces may become dusty during stack construction. Lanai’s adjacent to the work areas may experience some wind blown dust from construction area.<br /><br />By booking this condo, you agree that you understand there will be an active painting & repair project occurring during this time & Maui Westside is not responsible for how this project or any other unexpected occurrences may affect your stay including but not limited to; inconvenience from construction, noise, traffic, limited parking, or neighboring guests.
