Split unit set at 74 degrees with a lowest setting at 70 degrees to prevent compressor from over working.<br /><br />There are great cross winds that go through the condo when you open windows and lanai door. There are also three ceiling fans and a few portable fans<br /><br />There is an amazing sandy beach in front of condo. along with grass area with lounge chairs and shared BBQ grill.<br /><br />Our goal is to make this condo a home away from home for our guest.
