Street parking also available.<br />No ADA features in complex.<br />Stairs from parking lot lead down to condo.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Napili Ridge is devoted to keeping their property nice for all residents, which means quiet time is honored from 10:00pm-8:00am, no tolerance for smoking or drugs or parties or events. No pets allowed. Guests who do not respect their rules will be promptly removed. <br /><br />Additional rules:<br /><br />~ USE - Use of the house is limited to the guests named on the reservation. <br />Maximum number of guests is 2. Not suitable for children, not childproofed.<br /><br />~ DAMAGES - Guests are liable for any damage to the property during occupancy. If the home is left excessively dirty, additional fees for cleaning will apply.<br /><br />~ NO SMOKING OR DRUGS - Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind is allowed inside the house or on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found inside the house, additional fees will apply for deep cleaning, minimum fine $500.00. $1,000 fine for smoking/vaping on property.<br /><br />~ QUIET HOURS - Please be respectful of others. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. <br /><br />~ CHECKOUT - Check-out time is at 10:00AM. If you’d like to request late checkout, we will do our best to accommodate you.
