Enjoy the peacefulness and privacy of this tropical resort.<br /><br />Unit 802 is a STUDIO high above the palm trees, for an unobstructed Ocean view overlooking neighboring islands of Molokai and Lanai. Perfect for whale watching or relaxing on the daybed on the lanai.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The Mahana is an Oceanfront condo resort on the northern end of Kaanapali Beach, with an authentic Old Hawaiian feel and mature landscaping. The tree canopy along the entrance to The Mahana gives it a romantic and relaxing ambiance. It is 50 feet from the Ocean and all condos have private glass balconies, allowing for amazing views of Lanai and Molokai. <br /><br />The location on Kaanapali Beach is perfect for sunbathing, snorkeling, or just relaxing at the pool. There is a scenic beach walk that takes you to Black Rock and Whaler's Village. We don't have a restaurant at The Mahana, but Duke's is next door at Honua Kai and there is a great selection of restaurants a short walk away, as well as Times Market, a food truck park, and Farmer's Market. <br /><br />Unit 802 is a clean and well-stocked STUDIO condo has everything you will need for a memorable and restful vacation, including:<br /><br />- Central Air Conditioning<br /><br />- King bed with memory foam mattress pad and luxurious linens.<br /><br />- L'Occitane bathroom amenities.<br /><br />- Keurig Coffeemaker with K-cups provided. <br /><br />- Upgraded high speed Wifi internet <br /><br />- 65 inch 4K Roku TV with High Definition Programming, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN, and Netflix included!<br /><br />- Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, and cooler for you to use<br /><br />- Ironing board, iron, hair dryer, binoculars, and Maui guidebooks to help plan your adventures on the island<br /><br /><br />Our studio condo offers 450 square feet of interior living space, plus a spacious 90 square foot lanai—significantly larger than nearby hotel rooms at the Sheraton and Westin, which average just 350 square feet and do not include a lanai.<br /><br />This extra space allows guests to enjoy the comfort and convenience of a full kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a furnished lanai featuring a dining table and daybed. Additionally, guests can save approximately $100 per night by avoiding resort and parking fees typically charged at nearby hotels.<br /><br />Start your mornings with coffee and breakfast on the lanai while watching for whales, rainbows, and sea turtles in the ocean below. The building provides natural shade on the lanai each morning, and with its west-facing orientation, you’ll have front-row seats to stunning sunsets each evening.<br /><br />Our condo is ideally located on a sandy beach and within walking distance to local favorites, including Duke’s at Honua Kai, Times Market, and a nearby food truck park offering a variety of delicious options.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You can use the pool, hot tub, grills, and beach chairs on the oceanfront lawn.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Parking is free at The Mahana. Please print out your parking pass from the computers in the lobby and place it on your dashboard.
