Located in a prime location at the Kapalau Golf Villlas, you will enjoy your unobstructed views from the Lanai and the bedroom! Fully remodeled and refurbished, our condo is ready for you and your family to enjoy.<br /><br />Once inside there is a new bathroom on the right that features a custom glass tile shower with teak vanity and brilliant glass vessel sink. There is an entry closet for luggage, additional linens, and clothing. Under the stairs, there is plenty of space to store your luggage and golf clubs. To your left is the kitchen, with all new blackened Stainless Steel appliances, ice and water through the refrigerator door, full size range and microwave, and an ultra quiet dishwasher. <br /><br />Hawaiian-made Koa wood kitchen cabinets have plenty of space. Our custom counter top is made from Lemurian Blue Quartzite, and is stunning to look at. Our oversized kitchen sink features a commercial grade matching pull down faucet for easy cleanup and prep.<br /><br />With a view and pass-through space from the kitchen to the dining room, the dining table is full-sized and fits 6 adults with ease. The living room features a room-length custom-made 3D wave wall with 4 color paint and several dozen “fish” to mimic the underwater reefs Maui is famous for. <br /><br />The living room features a sectional queen-size sleeper with an upgraded all-foam mattress that allows for a comfortable night's sleep. Enjoy the home theatre effects with an 82” Samsung NEO 4K TV with 7:1 surround with comfortable seating for everyone whether you are relaxing indoors or out on the lanai. And the new full-wall sliding glass doors allow for that outside-inside lifestyle the Hawaiians are famous for. Our living room “Grotto” is finished off with a real bamboo overhead beam accent that provides a habitat for some beautiful silk orchids and stag horn ferns.<br /><br />The stairs feature a new Stainless Steel rail with wire safety lines to add to the nautical feel. Once upstairs in the bedroom, there is plenty of room, accommodating up to 4. The Master bed is a Cal-King Adjustable Stearns & Foster luxury bed, while the queen sleeper sofa in the sitting area features an all-foam upgraded mattress for a great night's sleep. You will love the breathtaking ocean and golf course views from the bedroom through the new high-efficiency windows. <br /><br />For the "workation" guests, we have a desk and swivel work chair so you can feel at home while taking a break! Within the complex, you have access to all of the common property, walking paths, 3 pools, and BBQ areas. The pool areas require a lock fob that is supplied within the condo, in the kitchen drawer attached to the Ice Scraper!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />A word on BUGS and Carbon Monoxide Detection! <br /><br />YES. We have new Carbon Monoxide Detectors in our condo, even though there is no open flame source in the building.<br /><br />Hawaii is famous for many things, some well-known and others not so well-known. Aside from the beaches and waters, whales and mountains, and the culture, there is a lesser-known-to-visitors side that is more typical of a tropical location - the bugs. While we have placed active electronic insect repellers in each room, as well as people-safe traps and bait, and the condo has quarterly pest management in place, Hawaii has three bugs that visitors will likely experience - roaches, silverfish, and centipedes.<br /><br />In Hawaii, the locals refer to the roaches by their size, and the big ones are referred to as B-52's! <br /><br />Although every effort has been made to prevent you from experiencing these pests in our condo, it is virtually impossible to say that you will not see any in or around the condo, let alone any other venue you may visit. Especially at night. Silverfish are everywhere and will serpentine, scatter, or swarm if they find food or water. Lastly, the centipedes are as large as 7-8 inches long and are the most dangerous. If you step on one, then you will experience a severely painful bite and they tend to hold on to their prey like a vise not letting go. <br /><br />While we have never seen one in or near our condo, we cannot say for certain that you will not thus you should always be cautious when walking anywhere without your slippah's on. On a positive note, the regular trade winds tend to make flying insects something that a guest rarely gets to experience, and for the most part, the condo does not have issues with mosquitoes or flies. And the amount of rain we experience in Kapalua makes it less likely to see centipedes as they prefer a mostly arid climate typically.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />420010280052, TA-053-929-4208-01
