High speed internet and streaming services are included.<br /><br />NOTE: THE A/C IS FOR THE BEDROOM ONLY. IT IS NOT MADE TO COOL THE ENTIRE CONDO. PLEASE KEEP BEDROOM DOOR CLOSED WHEN IN USE.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You have full access to the entire condo and a small outdoor lanai/porch. The pool, BBQ area, and the laundry facilities are shared with other guests and residents.<br /><br />NOTE: THIS IS A QUIET COMPLEX WITH MANY FULL-TIME RESIDENTS LIVING IN THE SAME BUILDING.
