The home receives regular professional pest control services, though pests can still appear from time to time. Tropical critter encounters do not qualify for refunds or rental adjustments. If you encounter any issues, please let us know.<br /><br />Neighbors - The surrounding area may include normal island activity such as construction, traffic, landscaping, or other guests. Noise and disturbances do not qualify for refunds or rental adjustments. If something feels disruptive, please let us know.<br /><br />Utilities - due to weather or infrastructure limitations, you may experience interruptions to services such as water, electricity, cable, internet, air conditioning and plumbing. Interruptions outside our control do not qualify for refunds or rental adjustments.We will always do our best to assist, support, and help reduce any impact when possible.<br /><br />Amenities - We do our very best to keep all in-home amenities and appliances in good working order though Hawaii’s salty air and humidity can cause wear and tear more quickly than in other places.
