This 2,700 sq ft, Direct Oceanfront 3 bedroom, 3 bath corner penthouse condo with central air-conditioning on two levels is a true Hawaiian paradise. <br /><br />Come and enjoy our new remodeled kitchen and bathrooms , new AC,completed in April of 2026.<br /><br />The kitchen is beautifully supplied with everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal and a full size washer and dryer is conveniently located within the penthouse.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The penthouse is a direct oceanfront unit featuring sweeping views of Lanai, Molokai and the West Maui coastline. Our 3 bedroom/ 3 bath condo is one of the largest on Maui, at 2750 square feet. Newly remodeled in April of 2026, each large bedroom is ensuite with its own double bathroom. Bedrooms feature luxury mattresses and bedding, bathrooms contain plenty of high quality towels and beach towels and every amenity in the double showers and bathrooms. The master bedroom soaking tub features huge glass windows looking out to the ocean.<br />Enjoy cooking any type of meal in the large kitchen equipped with whatever supplies a cook could wish for.<br />Each bedroom and the living room have new largesmart TVs. Stream any content you wish with your personal accounts.<br />The Sands of Kahana is located midway between Kaanapali and Kapalua and is close to more than 40 restaurants, including our own Captain Jacks located downstairs right next to our pool and lovely white sand Kahana Beach beneath our windows. Guests may book with confidence!<br />The Sands of Kahana provides the following amenities without any additional charge to our guests:parking, telephone, pools, spas, children’s pool, modern gym facility, game room, concierge service, putting green, sports equipment rentals ( some charges apply for this) and small business work area.
