There are NO management fees, resort fees or parking fees that other resorts charge! You will not get an additional bill before or during check in, like other condos charge. If location is important to you, this condo is it, 4th condo from the ocean, close to pool, spa, BBQ's and only palm trees and the ocean is in your view! Condo has one free parking spot.<br />Condo association House Rules:<br />No smoking, no candles, open flames or pets allowed. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am at our resort. Check-in time is 3pm on the day of arrival, and checkout time is 11am. P<br />Please leave condo in the same general condition as upon arrival.
