Dani—originally from the Czech Republic and now American—has proudly called this island home since 2010. We met here, fell in love here, and this breathtaking oceanfront condo became our cherished winter paradise.<br /><br />We feel incredibly privileged and greatful to own this small piece of heaven on earth and truly love sharing it. No other unit matches its modern open-concept kitchen, spa-inspired bathroom, or high-end finishes.<br /><br />Although oceanfront, the condo is not directly on a sandy beach. He symbolizes fertility, harvest, and peace. Once you arrive, you’re part of our ohana too—and Maui-Lono will watch over you.<br /><br />Meet Lulu, our beloved Honu (Hawaiian green sea turtle). Napili Point is famous for its turtles, and Dani honors them with her handmade mosaic planter. Dozens of Honu live right outside your door—best seen early morning and at sunset. The coral, fish, and marine life are extraordinary. Occasionally, we’re also visited by rays, dolphins, sea lions, and more—it’s like having your own massive aquarium.<br /><br />Meet Pele, our Sea Grape tree on the right side of the lanai. Named after the Hawaiian goddess, she was lovingly transplanted from upcountry Maui in 2023 and will continue to grow, offering natural beauty and shade for years to come.<br /><br />Unwind, Explore, and Indulge<br /><br />After a day of adventure, fire up one of three oceanfront barbecue areas—by the sea, near the pool, or at the picnic area. Then return to your lanai, glass in hand, and watch what we believe are the most breathtaking sunsets on the island.<br /><br />Napili Point is world-renowned for snorkeling in protected Honokeana Bay, home to resident Honu. Surfers will appreciate nearby legendary breaks, including Little Mak’s and Hole in the Head right in front of A13, with Honolua Bay, Ironwoods, DT Fleming, Kaanapali, and Launiupoko just minutes away.<br /><br />More Than a Stay<br /><br />This is more than a vacation—it’s where lifelong Maui memories and friendships are made. If by chance the cleaners missed a small detail, please contact us so we have an opportunity to resolve.<br /><br />**Safety and cleanliness procedures implemented may be adjusted in consideration of local practices, government requirements and guidance, and the situation where the condo is located.<br /><br />BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos and tiny lizards. These guys are all friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.<br /><br />IImportant Information About Your Stay<br /><br />Hawaii’s tropical climate naturally supports insects, rodents, and small reptiles (such as ants, roaches, and lizards). While the Homeowners Association (HOA) provides regular professional pest control services, it is not possible to completely eliminate pests in this environment. Guests may occasionally encounter these as part of normal island living.<br /><br />If pest activity exceeds typical levels, we will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the HOA to address the issue. However, the presence of pests—inside or outside the unit—does not constitute a breach of this Agreement and does not entitle Guests to any refund, credit, or rental adjustment.<br /><br />Our property is generally peaceful, and neighbors are typically respectful. However, as part of a residential community, we cannot guarantee a disturbance-free environment. Guests may occasionally experience noise or inconvenience from nearby construction, traffic, or other residents or visitors. Such occurrences are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or adjustments.<br /><br />From time to time, utilities or services—including water, electricity, air conditioning, plumbing, cable, or internet—may experience temporary interruptions or inconsistencies beyond our control. Internet and cable services in particular can be intermittent in island environments. These situations do not constitute a breach of this Agreement and do not entitle Guests to compensation.<br /><br />To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Host is not liable for any inconvenience, loss, damage, or interruption caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, utility outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
