While the condo is regularly cleaned and maintained, occasional insects (such as ants or small bugs) can be present due to the climate. This is common in Hawaii, especially near the ocean, and not a reflection of cleanliness.<br /><br />A laundry room key is provided for guest use. If the key is lost or not returned, a $50 replacement fee will be charged.<br /><br />Please help us maintain the space by keeping doors and windows closed when possible, properly disposing of trash, and avoiding leaving food out, which can attract pests.<br /><br />Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless otherwise arranged. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional fees.<br /><br />Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
