The suite is south facing and enjoys both ocean and mountain views. Being a southern exposure suite, the lanai is not exposed to the NE trade winds common in Maui. Therefore Suite 316 is awarded with an abundance of perfectly warm sunshine year-round. This couples and family friendly condo is located on the exquisite Kaanapali Beach! The FORMAL Pool is an infinity-edge lap pool featuring 2 hot tubs and perfect ocean views. The OHANA Pool features a 120 foot WATER SLIDE and a waterfall that cascades into the main swimming area. Natural lava rock forms an elevated hot tub that takes in the ocean views. The OHANA Pool also has a sandy beach and a shallow pool, great for the kids. The RIVER Pool features a meandering river that flows through smaller swimming holes and waterfalls. There are 2 fitness centers, one in each building.<br /><br />NO SMOKING IN CONDO OR ON THE LANAI. The state of Hawaii has a strict no smoking ordinance. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Fines and extra cleaning fees for violating this rule is strictly enforced.<br /><br />For your health and safety, we use Professional Cleaning Companies and follow CDC guidelines for sanitation practices and products. <br /><br />*The Honua Kai Resort is currently undertaking a painting project. Operating hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Construction workers may use the public pathway on the lanai space. The Resort has not provided a time frame of completion.
