For additional seating, there is a dining table for four plus counter bar seating. The master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, en suite remodeled bathroom with a large walk in shower that features tall glass doors and also opens to the spacious lanai. This unique property has a small second bedroom space furnished with a twin bed and living room also has a pull out sleeper sofa available for additional guests. The villa comes equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience. <br /> <br />This villa has been recently remodeled and features an all new kitchen, with custom cabinets, recessed lighting, granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances! This villa was recently also updated with all new furnishings, décor, carpet and paint! The oversize lanai features a dining table, chairs and chaise lounges. Both the living room area and master bedroom open to the lanai, creating wonderful natural light and allowing ocean breezes to flow throughout the home. If you prefer chilled air to ocean breezes, this villa features central air conditioning. <br /> <br />The Kapalua Golf Villas offers guests 4 family-friendly pools and does not have resort or parking fees. The units will have stairs to climb either up or down to the front door and the complex does not have elevators.
