You can't get any more oceanfront than this! Ours is a very special place that we fell in love with over 25 years ago that people come back to year after year. <br /><br />The giant green sea turtles come up on our private beach every day to rest on the sand. Get in the water to snorkel with them!<br /><br />The huge pool and beautiful grounds at the Kuleana are especially nice.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />You can't get anymore ocean front than this! Great snorkeling too with the giant green sea turtles that feed in our sanctuary and rest on our beach. Easy access to the ocean with sand that comes and goes and even nice surfable waves! Our pool is one of the largest in this area. We've got a nice tennis court right outside our door and ping-pong in the lobby. <br /><br />Ready to grill? We have beautiful, oceanfront stainless steel grills that you will love. <br /><br />Renters come back to our unit year after year as they love the location - bottom floor, corner unit. Walk right out the door to the large expanse of grass and the ocean.<br /><br />Our place is very well equipped with lots of special touches and art. All tile and marble, UHD 43" Smart TV, stereo, DVD/ CD player.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />All access<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />•You can help yourself to any cleaning solution. If you are staying for an extended period of time, please replace what you use. There’s a mop in the glass closet in the bathroom and a cordless vacuum as well as cleaning products under the bathroom sink. <br /><br />•You can also use the CD’s, & DVD’s but please do not use them in your car since there would be a chance that you will forget to bring them back to the house as well as the heat ruining them. Please handle them with care of course. Call me if you need help in using the entertainment system.<br /><br />•Please keep track of the things you use. When you barbecue, please keep track of the utensils and any glass you might bring to the grill. I have some special glasses from Tahiti and Mexico that I would not want left somewhere or broken. If you do break something, please let me know. I do not want to discover that something is missing. I appreciate your being careful and considerate with my condo.<br /><br />•If you use the beach, please rinse off with the shower outside of the lobby. <br /><br />•Do not put wet, sandy swim suits in the drier. The sand will damage the dryer. <br /><br />•T.V. The only control you need for the TV is the one that says “Spectrum” on the end. Just press the system on button. If that does not turn on the TV, then press the “CBL” button and then the cable button. You will see that there is a guide as part of my cable system and there is even a DVR if you’d like to record something. All the HD channels start with 1000. <br /><br />•CD/ DVD player: It’s the Sony. Just put a DVD or CD in. The remote control is on the top of the unit. The stereo (TEAC) will need to turned on and put to AUX. There is something wrong with the volume control so I don’t recommend adjusting it as it will increase rather than decrease the volume. Don’t put the CD’s in the Teac. To watch a DVD you’ll need to locate the Samsung remote and hit the top right “source” button 3 times until stops on “AV”, then the “exit” button just above the “D” button. When you’re done hit the “source” button twice to get it back on “HDM1/DVI” to watch TV. <br /><br />•For the drier, there is a lint trap located on the inside on the back wall of the unit. Looks like a teardrop. You remove the whole unit and separate the 2 pieces to remove the lint. Please turn on the bathroom fan when running the dryer. <br /><br />•Living room light & fan. The control is on the wall in the hall by the washer/ dryer. If you push the green button once the light will come on. If you leave your finger on it you can dim the lights. Don’t pull the cord on the fan to turn it up or down. Just use the control on the wall. <br /><br />What should I do when I leave? <br /><br />•Please start the dishwasher. Run garbage disposal first. <br /><br />•If you’ve opened the bedroom window, please close it. <br /><br />•Take all your refrigerated products home with you or throw out. We do recycle at the Kuleana. The recycle bins are located on the north side of the parking lot. I use a bag in the bathroom closet on the right to store the glass and plastic until I’m ready to walk out and dump them. <br /><br />•Please run the garbage disposal.<br /><br />•Remember to take the parking pass back (currently this does not apply as we’re using paper passes) in from your car and leave it on the kitchen counter. <br /><br />•Leave the key inside the condo and just lock the door behind you when you leave.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />430080050056, TA-197-543-5264-01
