It has a split AC with separate AC controls in the living area and each bedroom. There is a 50" smart TV and ample wifi for working from "home"<br /><br />*Kitchen - The kitchen is beautifully refurbished with cherry cabinets and granite tile. It is fully loaded to cook a holiday meal or provide snacks throughout the day. There is seating at the island, the dining area, and on the lanai for meals and enjoying the view. <br /><br />*Bathroom - This bathroom has a large step-in shower. We provide ample, clean, fluffy towels for up to 6 guests. This condo has hot water on demand, very convenient for larger families and groups! <br /><br />*Bedrooms - There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with 2 twins. There is also a pullout couch located in the living area. We provide plenty of both closet and drawer space for guests' use.<br />The split AC system has individual units in the bedrooms and the living room, each with its own control.<br /><br />*Lanai - The expansive lanai offers breathtaking ocean and garden views, providing a peaceful setting to enjoy scenic sunsets and unwind in comfort. <br /><br />Please note that this is a second-floor unit in a 2-story building. If you are booking with children, we require "indoor feet" from all our guests, regardless of age. :)<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The entire condo is accessible to the guest.<br />Check-in time is 5 pm, and check-out time is 11 am.<br />I am always available by email, text, or phone should you need me. We have a comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing program for this property. Our cleaning service and on-site staff are spending as much time as necessary to make sure that all areas of your rental are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before you check in.<br />*We ask you to plan ahead, as we may not be able to allow early check-ins and late check-outs as often as we would like.<br />*This is a second-floor unit in a 2-story building. If you are booking with children, we require "indoor feet" from all our guests, regardless of age. :)<br />*Hawaii has a tropical climate. Insects, lizards & rodents thrive in this environment. We make every effort to minimize your contact with them inside & outside of the unit. Presence of these creatures does not constitute a breach of contract or offer the Guest any rights to refunds.<br />*Please also note that Hawaii is the most remote archipelago in the world. We are very proactive when it comes to repairing and replacing appliances. If you see a potential issue, please let us know, as we are limited in supply, and it may take several days before we can get replacements<br />*The cleaning service charges an additional fee of $75 for Thanksgiving and Christmas Day check-ins.
