(Subject to change); <br /><br />Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.<br /><br />OCCUPANCY:<br />Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval.
