3 bedroom (2 bedroom plus loft) 3-bathroom penthouse in Papakea unit D403. The view is amazing with a tranquil koi pond, followed by the pool and then ocean. At night, enjoy the beautiful tiki torches that are lit throughout the grounds and the beautiful swimming pool lights. A fabulous remodel completed June of 2022 and all furnishing, all appliances, and all light fixtures were replaced in 2022 as well as pillows and Serta iComfort mattress to give a restful sleep. Single AC wall unit only.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />On the main floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a King size bed. Each bathroom offers dual vanity sinks and showers. Upstairs loft has very narrow stairs and is not handicap accessible and not for elderly or physically impaired guests. The loft offers two twin size beds along w/ single vanity sink and shower. There is also a sitting area with a TV and this is ideal for a private TV room away from the main living room.<br /><br />Closest grocery store is Times Market. It is across the street and a short walk.<br /><br />You can walk to Dukes Restaurant as well as the Fish Market. There is an ABC store adjacent to Papakea and a private entry and exit.<br /><br />Unit has a single AC wall unit, not centralized.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have access to all areas that are not locked. There are 3 owners storage areas that are locked and are not to be tampered with. <br /><br />Check in will be done via the Front Desk Lobby Check in. You will be issued a key card and parking pass. Please put the parking pass in your car window. You are allowed to park in the complex at any spot available (there are no assigned parking spots). You can obtain additional parking passes for additional daily cost to be paid to the resort directly at check in. This is a complex charge and not paid to the owner.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Host is not liable for any construction noise caused by any remodeling or repair work being performed on the complex or in the building. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay.<br />Please notate this unit has a single AC Wall Unit which is not centralized.
