Kaanapali Beach, Black Rock, and Whaler's Village are all a short walk away, putting shopping, oceanfront dining, and Hawaii's clearest snorkeling waters within easy reach.<br /><br />Interior Comforts<br />Inside, the layout flows naturally from the entrance down into a comfortable living area filled with natural light and refreshing cross breezes. The living room offers a relaxed gathering space for the group, while high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected if you need to work remotely. Note that access to this unit involves a few stairs at the entrance - there is no elevator.<br /><br />Kitchen & Dining<br />The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for home-cooked meals from breakfast to dinner - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware, dishes, and cooking basics you'll need. A dining table brings everyone together for shared meals before heading out to explore the island.<br /><br />Sleeping Arrangements<br />Two bedrooms sleep up to five guests across four beds. The master suite opens directly onto the lanai, giving it a quiet, outdoor-connected feel. The guest bedroom comfortably accommodates additional guests. Two bathrooms - one with a walk-in shower - ensure smooth mornings for the whole group.<br /><br />Resort Amenities<br />The Kaanapali Royal community offers a pool, hot tub, and sauna on-site. A BBQ grill is also available for outdoor cooking. Washer and dryer in the unit add everyday convenience, and both paid off-premises and on-premises parking are available.<br /><br />Location<br />Positioned within the Kaanapali Beach Resort area, you are steps from the beach and minutes from some of West Maui's best experiences. Historic Lahaina town - with its waterfront, art galleries, restaurants, and nightlife - is just a six-minute drive away, making this condo an ideal base for exploring everything the island has to offer.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Self Check-in. Condo features a key-less keypad entry. Door code will be sent via email prior to arrival. Resort is gated and arrival documents will include code to gate.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Effective September 01, 2022, Ka’anapali Royal’s resort fee and guest parking, structure will change to a flat rate of $154 per stay, payable at the resort, whether or not guests are parking a vehicle. The second vehicles (pending approval from the property) are an additional $154. Gas BBQs are available in the pool area. BBQ on the lanai is for owner use only. Gas BBQs in the pool area are available for guest use.<br /> <br />Nearby Beaches to Kaanapali Royal: <br />1.
