Our condo is an oceanfront unit located at the Napili Point resort with absolutely amazing views for the perfect, relaxing, Hawaiian getaway! Great views of the ocean and sunset over Molokai and Lanai. Big surf waves and calm snorkeling cove. Steps to Napili Bay beach. <br /><br />Beautiful unit with granite countertops, full kitchen and a big screen TV. Washer/dryer, free WIFI, and parking in front of the unit. Two oceanfront pools on the grounds.<br /><br />* Tax included in rental rate.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1000 sqft unit. Full kitchen with a view, living room with a view, basically you look at the ocean all day! Downstairs bedroom with 2 new twin beds and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Upstairs loft style master bedroom with large king size bed. Wake up lying in bed looking at the ocean, turtles and waves, paradise!<br /><br />We recently made some major upgrades in late 2024 to the condo including all new tile flooring throughout the unit along with completely remodeled bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs. All new real wood cabinets, granite countertops, mirrors and lighting. Previously in 2023 new mattresses and bedding, kitchen supplies and small appliances, décor, bathroom towels, and much more! Also recently installed are outdoor solar blinds to control temperature and light. We have also upgraded to a new kitchen sink, cabinet doors, and painted the entire unit! Lastly, teak wood high bar style table and four chairs for the lanai.<br /><br />You can use the cool A/C, or if you prefer there is a great breeze that blows through the unit with the windows open in the front and rear, with ceiling fans in all the rooms it is very comfortable. If you arrive late and the office is closed, the next day is fine. <br /><br />SUPPLIES<br />We provide an initial supply of tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, bath soap, laundry and dish detergent, clean bed linens, and towels. We do not replenish products during your stay. If you need additional supplies, there are multiple stores a short walk or drive away.<br /><br />BEACH RENTALS<br />Typically, there is beach equipment (e.g. chairs, snorkels, body boards, etc.) and supplies available in the condo, however, oftentimes they may not be returned by previous guests. Boss Frog’s and Snorkel Bob’s are excellent places that rent out snorkel gear, bicycles, surfboards, stand up paddle boards, body boards, and flotation devices. They also have other beach rental items such as chairs, umbrellas, and coolers, and you can book excursions and activities here too.
