It has a full gym, outdoor pool with water slide, hot tub, basketball courts, tennis courts, locker rooms, and a bar and eatery. This condo complex comes complete with 24 hour security, complementary towel service and chairs for the beach and pool, internet access, and more etc. if you have a larger group we have a brand new remodeled Garden view condo on the same property called Garden Paradise Beach House 50. This is a ground floor corner unit with a beautiful view of the twin bridges in the center of the property. This Condo sleeps four as well.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have access to the entire resort property with your stay.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There will be an additional $35 mid week cleaning fee for stays of 8 to 10 days which includes all new towels, and linens. For stays of 11-13 days. There will be a $60 full service cleaning fee. So a 13 night stay will be an additional $95 cleaning fee plus tax. For stays of 14-16 days there will be another 15 towel exchange fee. For stays of 17-19 days there will be another $35 towel, trash, and linen fee. For stays of 20-22 days there will be another $60 full service. If you stay 22 nights you will receive six services and pay an additional $210 plus tax to the front desk at check out.
