Waikomo Streams Tranquil Retreat is a fully renovated and updated condo with A/C that sleeps 4 people comfortably. This 1 bedroom condo is close to 1000 square feet making it incredibly spacious! The main property boasts amazing tropical gardens with a koi pond. A view from the lanai shows a variety of tropical plants. The pool was recently renovated and has a 3' kiddie pool. We are walking distance to The Shops at Kukui'ula and The Poipu Shopping Village for shave ice, ice cream, shopping, rest<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Waikomo Streams is a peaceful, tranquil, and beautiful property with immaculate gardens. We have an updated, air conditioned unit that is quiet and comfortable. We would love to help customize your Kauai island experience whether that includes champagne for anniversaries and honeymoons or local Kauai coffee for the entirety of your stay! <br /><br />There is a master bedroom with adjoining bathroom and a king bed. The bathroom is accessible to the entire condo. You can access the lanai and immerse yourself in the sounds of the river and gardens through the master bedroom or the living room. There is a queen size murphy wall bed in the living area that comfortably sleeps 2 adults and has a full thickness mattress. The kitchen is fully stocked including but not limited to grilling utensils, induction stove, microwave, and kids cups/utensils.. The propane grills onsite are regularly cleaned, stocked with fuel, and ready to use. <br /><br />The pool has a deep end and a 3' kiddie area, is quiet, offers shade with umbrellas and is surrounded by mature tropical trees and palms.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Key pad set with your own unique code<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Air conditioning was installed in the unit in 2023. However, there is the option to open the louvred windows, allow the trade winds to blow through, and be immersed in the sounds of the stream and gardens. There is a separate wine fridge and wet bar. We provide a starter of local Kauai coffee, and local lotion/shampoo/conditioner. We provide boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and a cooler. We try to support local businesses to make your island experience authentic!<br /><br />We are 1 mile from Poipu Beach, Baby Beach, Brenneck's Beach, calms waters, surfing spots, and Old Koloa Town which includes shopping, restaurants, coffee, juice, smoothies, and local groceries!
