Many island properties have ocean views, but are on cliffs with a long walk to the beach. The upstairs consists of generous seating room, dining area with counter bar, and a large wall-mounted Smart TV to stream your favorite shows. The kitchen includes a Ninja blender for your favorite tropical drinks, quality pots, pans and knives, and anything else you may need to cook great food. <br /><br />If you want to cook outdoors, enjoy one of the many well-maintained grills just outside your condo door. <br /><br />Downstairs are two bedrooms. The master includes a king-sized bed, two closets, a dresser, large private lanai, and a smart TV. <br /><br />The second bedroom has double bunk-beds, a closet and plenty of storage with a dresser and in-bed storage. <br /><br />Both newly renovated bathrooms are downstairs on the bedroom level. <br /><br />In the hall closet are boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs and sand toys for guests to enjoy, and a paddle board is out on the lanai to use as well. <br /><br />If you are ready for a break from the beach, enjoy the "Great Lawn," a large grassy area right in front of the beach with lounge chairs included. Sit under a palm tree with your favorite book and relax! <br /><br />For pool time, guests have free access to the Poipu Athletic Club located across the street. Here you can enjoy the zero-entry pool, hot tub, gym equipment, tennis and pickle board courts and a great outdoor restaurant. <br /><br />Great dining is just a walk or short drive away.
