A newly installed A/C unit is in the living room to keep you comfortable when more than the trade wind breeze is needed.<br /><br />The unit comfortably sleeps 5. You'll find a Cal King Size bed in the separate bedroom. The Living room features a Queen Sofabed and a Twin Sofabed. Both sofabeds have brand new memory foam mattresses (July 2023). <br /><br />Enjoy your morning coffee on the back lanai and soak in the incredible views or evening sunset. Stroll along the famous Moir Gardens nestled among the resort. Or walk across the screen to Little Fish Coffee for your favorite cup of coffee or an acai bowl. It's worth the wait! You'll find a variety of restaurants and shops within minutes of the resort. An amazing farmer's market on Wednesday from 3:30 - 6:00pm down the street at the Shops at Kukui'ula. Be sure to stop by the Sugarloaf Pineapple stand - it's a must-have treat on the island.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Location, Location, Location: You're a quick two-minute walk to the beach. Stop by the beach hut for complimentary chairs and towels. Sign up for a surf lesson or rent a boogie board. Our unit offers two chairs, a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, a portable cooler, and boogie boards for your use on the resort or on one of the many beautiful beaches on Kauai. Poipu Beach and Lawai Beach are close by and great spots for snorkeling or watching sea turtles and sea lions.<br /><br />You'll have free access to the member's only Poipu Beach Athletic Club across the street. Club membership provides you with access to one of the island's only fitness centers with a cardio room and weight pavilion; use of the resort pool, waterslide, hot tub, and sand-bottomed kiddie section; tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts; shuffleboard; yoga and water aerobics classes; and more!<br /><br />Complimentary parking is right outside the unit. On-site laundry facility for the resort and outdoor barbeques and picnic tables are scattered throughout the property.<br /><br />Kiahuna Plantation is a pet-free resort. No dog(s) or other animals are allowed in the unit.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />For stays of 10+ days, an additional $95+tax mid-stay cleaning fee will be charged after booking. This is a requirement of our property manager. This is a separate fee from the $275 check-out cleaning fee charged at the time of booking. <br />Additional cleaning options during your stay are available from our property manager for an additional charge.
