The office/den equals the 3rd bedroom in size. <br />WIFI: the highest speed available (+cable) makes this place ideal for working from home (or schooling).<br /><br />DOWNSTAIRS: <br /><br />Fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with lanai. This area is east facing, with sunshine in the morning and shade in the afternoon, making it always pleasant to sit on the lanai, or have the door open and enjoy the breeze and sound of the nature outside. Living room features 55" TV with cable and wifi, mounted on a full motion wall mount. <br /><br />The downstairs bedroom with queen bed and has an ensuite bathroom. (This bathroom is also accessible from the laundry room.)<br /><br />UPSTAIRS: <br /><br />The ample walkthrough office/den has a daybed with pull-out trundle. The size of the daybed is double and the size of the pullout trundle is single. Two people sleep comfortably and separately from each other on these two.<br />This room also features a desk and office chair.<br /><br />The master bedroom features a kingsize bed, a spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet.
