The primary BR has a Cal-King bed and en-suite bath, 2nd BR has two twins and there is a pull out full sofa bed in the living room. Large dining table in the dining area, spacious kitchen, LR area easy to entertain in as there is the sofa and the coffee table and other seating is conducive to playing board games or cards, or just watching a movie. Light and bright and can be open or closed up for more privacy. Wonderful area of the island.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />All interior rooms are available for guest use. Exterior areas, like BBQ's, ocean view chairs on lawn and parking are available as first come first served. They are private to the condo complex. You can access many walking trails from the condo complex. Community pool, hot tub and tennis court.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This is a comfortable condo in a wonderful area of Poipu (Koloa). There are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, small wagon is available in unit to either bring items in or walk to beach and take all equipment. There is some reading material tv, AC, ceiling fans, wifi, and is central to fun activities, other resorts and beaches in the area.
