King size bed, coffee maker, microwave, cookware, silverware, beach equipment (cooler, towels, snorkels, fins, mats, umbrella).<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The Condo complex offers a very nice pool with tables and chairs, along with a separate bbq area that also has tables and chairs. There is parking in the front of the bldg., but there is also a parking structure in the back that allows easy access as well.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The nightly rate doesn't include the State tax-10.25% TAT, The Kauai County 3% TAT or the State GET tax 4.5%.
