This condo is ideal for two people. There is a brand new high end Kingsdown king size bed in the bedroom along with brand new bedroom furniture and a new ceiling fan. The living room space has a beautiful brand new Queen size pull out couch, Two new recliners along with brand new end tables, lamps, coffee table, art work, ceiling fan, dining room table with four chairs, and two new bar stools. There is a brand new 65 inch big screen TV on the wall above the dining room table. We have new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen with professional pots and pans, high end utility knives and steak knives, new Cuisinart for slice toaster, blender, new Keurig combo 1 cup pod/ 12 cup drip coffee maker, French press, coffee grinder, hand mixer, waffle maker, cookie sheets, Pyrex bowls and Pyrex cooking dishes, and every cooking utensil you could need. You will enjoy your own newly tiled private lanai with a brand new Tropitone table and four chairs along with two Tropitone lounge chairs with pads and a side table. You will not be disappointed when you walk in the door and see this beautiful Condo and the beautiful view from the new sliding glass door. Unit 172 in building 26 is just steps away from this Condo.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have full access to the entire resorts amenities. This includes a pool with water slide, hot tub, weight room, several sports courts, a full bar and restaurant, a locker room with his and her showers, and much more<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We just finished a major renovation on our new condo unit 50 on April 2nd 2025. We can’t wait to share this amazing condo with you. You will check in at the front desk of the Outrigger on property. You will take the west entrance into the property. Once your in the property you will take the first road to the right. The Outrigger front desk will be at the bottom of the road. They will have your name in their computer system. They will provide you with the key pad door code, towel cards, and your Internet password. If you need anything during your stay you can press zero from your condo telephone or go to the front desk. They should be able to answer any questions you may have. <br /><br /><br /><br />There will be extra cleaning fees when you stay past 7 days. For stays of 8-10 days there will be a $35 mid week cleaning, towel and linen exchange fee. For stays of 11-13 nights there will be an additional $60 full service cleaning fee. So a 13 night stay will be an extra $95.00 housekeeping fee plus tax paid to the front desk at checkout. For stays of 14-16 days there will be another $15 towel exchange. 17-19 days there will be another $35 towel, trash, linen, and vacuum.Stays of 20-22 days there will be another $60 full service. If you stay 22 nights, you will receive six services and be charged $210.00 plus tax when checking out.
