With the rental, you also get access to the Poipu Athletic Club with Tennis and Basketball Courts, swimming pool with waterslide, hot tub, gym, with fitness classes and more. Short walk to Kiahuna Beach.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />With this property, you have access to Poipu Athletic Club and all its features including Tennis Courts, Swimming Pool, Fitness Center with classes, Gym, Basketball, shuffleboard and more. The property also has community BBQ's an onsite Restaurant and several dining and bar options within walking distance.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />To be clear, this property has AC but it IS NOT central. These are mini split AC systems that keep the entire condo cool as long as you leave the windows and doors closed. <br /> <br />We do not provide full, large bottles of soaps and shampoo conditioner, but simply a starter pack to get you going. You can purchase those items at the Foodland grocery store in Princeville. We are also not a hotel, so we do not do linen refreshing or housekeeping during your stay. We can provide clean linens if you like for $30. <br /> <br />Also, be aware that this is a residential neighborhood. This is paradise for more than humans and you'll see Chickens and Roosters throughout the island, geckos (they are our friends) as they take care of other bugs that you might come across as well.
