(still a set of stairs down from parking lot, so not ADA friendly)<br /> <br />This studio is located in the F building, which is closest to the street and only feet from the amazing Kamaole Beach II (which has a lifeguard as well). This studio is walking distance to many shops, cafe's and restaurants.<br /> <br />You will not be disappointed in booking this brand new, completely renovated studio!<br /> <br />The Maui Banyan is conveniently located in desirable South Kihei (Where all the amazing sandy swimming beaches are). This is the drier and sunnier side of Maui. We offer a beautiful 1 bedroom garden view room. There is a large screen Smart TV, which also has cable! The new split AC system keeps the entire place very cool.<br /> <br />Fantastic Kamaole II beach is right across the street from the Maui Banyan and this unit is one of the closest to the beach. This beach also has a lifeguard. Snorkeling, sailing, surfing, boogie boarding and dozens of other activities are all nearby. The studio is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafe’s. Wailea is a short couple minute drive and offers many high end shops and restaurants. Minutes away from Championship golf. The best beginner surfing is a mile away in downtown Kihei.
