Our recently renovated condo is within walking distance to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and a marina that offers activities to get you on the water. <br /><br />Our condo is located at Maui Kamaole (unit B-207), which is only 25 mins from the airport and just 5 mins from the Shops at Wailea.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This spacious 2-story condo has two bedrooms and a pull out sofa. It’s located on the second floor near the front of the property, which makes it easy to get to the beach. We have plenty of adult and kid size snorkel gear along with lawn chairs, paddle ball, beach towels, umbrellas, coolers, and sand toys that can easily be toted down to the beach with our wagon.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The property includes one free parking spot at the front of the condo.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Condo is located on the second floor with no elevator. <br /><br />The State of Hawaii requires 14.4166% tax and the County of Maui requires an additional 3% tax on the total fees collected from every guest.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />390041440021, TA-211-579-8528-01
