Come enjoy the tranquil peace of our 2 BR/2 bath penthouse in the gorgeous resort of Kamaole Sands in Kihei. <br /><br />Walk the 15 acres of lush gardens or visit the easily accessible Kamaole III beaches across the street to swim, snorkel, boogie board, or watch the sunset. <br />The resort also provides access to a pool, hot tubs, tennis & pickleball courts, grills and a gym. <br /><br />Make this your home-away-from home while exploring Maui on your visit to paradise!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Hosting up to 6 guests, our condo provides views of the ocean from the lanai and quick access to the Kamaole III beaches. We have a comfortable King-sized bed in the master bedroom, which is located on the upstairs loft, and also enjoys skylights and it's own bathroom. Our main floor bedroom contains two twin beds and has close access to the bathroom on the main level.<br /><br />In addition, there is a new sleeper sofa in the living area and a new AC system that keeps the unit comfortable and cool. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs.<br /><br />We provide access to the resort pool, hot tubs, grills, a children's wading pool and gorgeous landscaped gardens on the property. Guests may also enjoy the tennis courts, tennis table and foosball, an exercise room, and weekly Hula dancing by the pool or "Turtle Talks".<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to the entire condo.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Note to Guests:<br /><br />We do not charge any fees for parking. Condo rental includes one assigned parking slot for your rental car. Parking is adjacent to the building and very close to the elevator which ascends to our floor. <br /><br />The Kamaole Sands resort charges a single resort fee upon check-in. The fee of $72 is a one-time/per group fee designated to maintain and assist with use of the tennis courts, pool, fitness room and other available amenities.<br /><br />The state of Hawaii charges a Transient Accommodation tax and a General Excise tax to all vacation rentals, totaling 14.4%. Additionally, the County of Maui charges its own Transient Accommodation tax of 3%.
