Our one-bedroom, one-bath condo is the perfect spot for spending your days relaxing on the lanai, at the pool, nearby beaches, or as a base for island adventures. It comes packed with all the amenities to make you feel at home sporting a full kitchen with coffee bar, private lanai to dine or relax on the lounges, as well as a community pool and hot tub! New cal-king in bedroom, and the queen sofa sleeper has a comfortable memory foam mattress.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our first-floor condo with no step-ups is recently refreshed and awaiting your visit! We can accommodate up to 4 people (bedding offered is one bedroom with cal-king, and a queen sleeper sofa in the family room).<br /><br /> To keep you comfortable, the front door includes a screen door, which provides a beautiful cross-breeze when the sliding doors are open and the screens closed. Additionally, we offer AC throughout the unit, which keeps the space cool when the doors and windows are shut, as well as ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. <br /><br />Our kitchen provides cookware, utensils, dishes, and a coffee bar so you can cook and enjoy your morning coffee and your meals on the beautiful large lanai.<br /><br />We provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler so you can head comfortably to the beach.<br /><br />Full washer and dryer are inside the unit<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You have access to the entire unit, as well as the pool/hot tub, BBQ, ping-pong area, and tennis courts.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Do not leave any valuables in your vehicle at the condo or anywhere you go on island.
