Enjoy easy access to the scenic 3+ mile Wailea Coastal Path, which leads to The Shops at Wailea and stunning coastal views.<br /><br />Our upstairs condo, located in Building #36, is minutes from pristine beaches, world-class dining, beautiful golf courses, and water activities. Popular attractions like Wailea Beach, Makena State Park, and the Road to Hana are within reach. Rates have been reduced to reflect this temporary closure. During this period, there will be weekday daytime construction activity around the pavilion area.<br /><br />All three Quiet Pools, pavilion building and restrooms, and public beach access gate will remain open and available for guest use. The private pavilion beach gate will be closed during the project.<br /><br />Keawakapu Beach, with its calm water, wide sandy shoreline, and beautiful sunsets, will remain fully open and unaffected. While the oceanfront pool will be unavailable, guests will still enjoy direct beach access, three additional pools, and all the beauty that makes Wailea Ekahi such a special place. 🌴<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guest Access:<br />You will have full access to the Wailea Ekahi complex which includes four pools, a beachfront pavilion, a small fitness room, tennis and pickleball courts, direct beach access, and the Wailea Beach Walk path that connects you to nearby resorts, shops, and restaurants.<br /><br />The renovated Pavilion offers covered seating with beautiful ocean views, a heated pool, a full kitchen with two refrigerators, an ice and water machine, an oven, and a microwave, 3 barbecue grill areas throughout complex, a book exchange, lounge areas, dining tables, and restrooms with showers.<br /><br />Fitness Center:<br />Open daily from 7 am to 10 pm. The fitness room is located inside the Beach Pavilion and includes three pieces of cardio equipment, dumbbells from one to fifty pounds, and a few accessories for a full body workout. Guests must be at least 18 yrs old, sign a waiver, wear proper athletic shoes, and wear no swim attire.<br /><br />You can pack drinks and lunch and enjoy a relaxing day at the beach or pool while taking in the beautiful Maui sunsets.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />House Rules & Important Information:<br /><br />• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests of any age- per HOA & Fire Code <br />• Not suitable for children under 3 yrs. old due to stairs, balconies, and glass furniture<br />• Primary renter must be at least 24 yrs. old<br />• One parking permit is provided with instructions in the guest book<br />• No parties, no smoking, and no vaping anywhere on the property<br />• Wailea Ekahi follows Hawaii’s smoke free law<br /><br />Beaches and Critters: 🏖️🦎<br />Beach conditions change with tides and currents. Tropical weather can include rain at times. Roosters, geckos, and the occasional roach are normal on Maui. Geckos are harmless, eat insects, and are considered good luck.<br /><br />Additional Information:<br />• Early & Late Checkout: I try to be flexible when possible. Early check-ins are sometimes available depending on cleaning schedules. Late checkouts are very limited because housekeeping needs time to prepare the condo for the next arrival. If a late checkout becomes possible, it can only be confirmed closer to the stay and may include a fee.<br />• The living room lanai faces the road, so you may hear some daytime traffic. Inside, the condo stays quiet with the doors closed, and tropical birds are often heard in the mornings. A sound machine is provided in the bedroom drawer for anyone sensitive to sound.<br />• Security includes a front door camera that monitors only the entrance.<br />• The condo is professionally cleaned with fragrance free linens for sensitive guests.<br />• Starter supplies include coffee, tea, sugar, paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and Ziplock bags. Guests may need to purchase additional items for longer stays.<br /><br />Landscaping update: (4/26)🌴 <br />Wailea Ekahi is currently undergoing a resort-wide exterior painting project. As part of the project, landscaping throughout the complex is being refreshed and new plantings are being installed around our building.
