The kitchen and bathroom have maple cabinets and elegant granite counter tops. There is a comfortable king size bed, a well-stocked kitchen, central AC, with all new bamboo floors throughout, and a new washer / dryer.<br /><br />The Condo is owned and maintained by Maui residents.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Sugar Beach Resort has lots to offer. There is a large heated pool, hot tub, sauna, picnic area, gas grills, and the “Sandwitch" Deli restaurant. <br /><br />Sugar Beach Resort is centrally located resting on Maalaea Bay, Maui's longest stretch of uninterrupted shore. Sugar Beach, named for its fine white sand, is six-miles-long and excellent for swimming, snorkeling, windsurfing, kayaking, canoe paddling or for just relaxing -- perfect for a morning or evening walk.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />This is a completely self-contained, fully equipped condo, with it's own entrance and private lanai. Guests who arrive after 5:00 pm, when the front desk is closed, can easily access the condo themselves by using the door code given prior to arriving.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We provide liquid hand soap, hand sanitizer, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dish washing soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, non-chlorine powder bleach, and fabric softener sheets for use with the dryer.
