This location offers some of the best sunset views in Kihei. Maui Sunset is a great place to enjoy that much deserved family vacation or couple's getaway. Amenities: Large pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, shuffleboards, golf putting green, 6 outdoor grills, access to tennis courts, and poolside activity desk. <br />.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This "1 bedroom, 2 bath" unit will sleep up to 5 guests. The 2nd floor lanai (balcony) provides a partial ocean view. There is a Queen size bed in the bedroom with en-suite bath with a tub. Additional guests have a Queen Sofa Sleeper and a Twin Daybed in the living room for their use. (A "pack 'n play" will be provided at no charge, but please request it in advance.) Guests enjoy the convenience of the 2nd bathroom w/shower in the unit. The bathrooms are both stocked with larger size bath products, towels, hair dryers, tp, etc. The kitchen is completely equipped to meet the needs of the family chef. For coffee lovers, there's a Keurig "combo coffee maker" with coffee supplies provided to get your morning started. The large capacity refrigerator is equipped with an ice maker and water/ice dispenser in the door. There is also a stackable washer/dryer (replaced May 2025), laundry supplies, iron, and ironing board provided for your laundry needs. (Guests are able to just pack light! ) The condo is equipped with ceiling fans and window/wall air conditioner units in both the living room and bedroom. (Since the A/C settings are not "preset" on a timer, guests are able to control temperature preferences for their individual comfort.) The unit is also fully stocked with a generous supply of paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry supplies, bath products, toilet paper, and more. (There's no need for our vacationing guests to purchase these products!) The entryway "Beach Closet" is also stocked with an assortment of beach supplies to use during your stay. These include beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrella, beach toys, coolers, tote bags, and child/adult size life jackets. You'll find the ice machine (great for filling your beach cooler), water bottle station, outdoor shower, and restrooms located in the pool area. There is also an activity desk by the pool for booking island excursions or renting paddle boards and other beach equipment. <br />Our guests enjoy the relaxing vibe that Maui Sunset offers and the spectacular sunset views. It's a great place for couples or families to enjoy that much deserved vacation! Maui Sunset is located within a short drive to many other popular beach areas, restaurants, grocery stores, unique shops, trendy food trucks, and world class golf courses in the Kihei/Wailea areas.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Our guests have access to all of the resort type amenities available at Maui Sunset. There are 6 outdoor grills for your cooking needs and multiple outdoor picnic tables for your use. Amenities include a large pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, shuffleboards, golf putting green, and access to the tennis courts. Maui Sunset offers plenty of free parking, and the parking spaces will even accommodate the larger sized rental vehicles. (Also, there's no daily resort fees!)<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />**If you'd like to share your flight information with us, we'll do our best to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out time! That way, you can start your vacation sooner or enjoy that last Maui sunset before flying home. Since our cleaning schedules are arranged in advance, please make your request prior to arriving.
