Very comfortable end unit 1 bedroom condo 2 bathrooms (818 sq ft) with views of the pool, partial ocean view, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, recently painted, new flooring in living room and conveniently located to everything you need, unit is airy and bright with extra windows. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials and cooking utensils.<br /><br />A 5 mins walk to the beach and 10-15 mins leisurely stroll to nearby shops and stores. I take my own photos for my unit.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />My place is located across the street from South Kihei Road. Easy access to Kamaole Beach Park 3, Kihei town and the Wailea Shopping stores. A king bed in the bedroom and queen sofa bed in the living room. There is also a second bathroom in the living room.<br /><br />My place is furnished with quality sheets, pillows, towels(replaced with new ones every year), cooking equipment, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, hot water pot, refrigerator and dishwasher. I just replaced the sofa cushions and foam inside so they are super comfortable to sit on.<br /><br />The washer/dryer is located inside my unit. . A trash room is located on each floor.
