We're on a beautiful beach-front street in Wailea/South Kihei, right across from Kamaole Beach Park, Charley Young Beach, a popular swimming and sunset viewing spot.<br /><br />Steps away from local shops, right next to bars and restaurants: to the left and right of our place, you will find Rainbow Mall, Cafe Kihei, Maui Fish'n Chips, Maui massage spa, surf school and more<br /><br />Maui's short-term rental phase out: if passed, our home is in the last phase, Jan 2031. We continue renting out until the last day.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The condo is located in a laid-back complex with a nice mix of vacationers and full-time residents.<br /><br />We just gave this second home a new life with some updates and new furniture, so that you will feel right at home.<br /><br />Air-conditioning (3 units in 3 rooms!), TV in all rooms equipped with 90+ channels (both local and national channels) that you can enjoy a wide range of programs, sports, news, movies. There will be some board games and beach toys for your entertainment as well. The unit is also equipped with high-speed internet, 400 mbps (double the typical speed in Hawaii) - so you can take that important Zoom video call when needed!<br /><br />Our home also comes with a queen sofa sleeper with plush bedding and large dining table that will accommodate up to 6 people.<br /><br />White-sand beaches: right across from our condo is Charley Young Beach, perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Just a short walk away to the south is Kamaole Beach Park, with calm tides and sea turtles accompanying you, especially on quiet days :)<br /><br />Need a mai-tai? Good news!
