It is located just steps from one of the nicest golden sand beaches on all of Maui, and with multiple restaurants, food stores and other shopping and services also very close by. <br /> Our immaculate condo is perfect for 2, and includes everything you could want or need for your Maui dream vacation, from all the included beach supplies, to a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, and even a ROOFTOP BBQ and DINING/VIEW DECK !<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our 1 BDR/1BA condo is less than 100 yards across (90 second walk) from a beautiful golden sand beach and park area ("Kamaole Beach 1", a.k.a "Charley Young Beach"), as well as being super close to many great restaurants, shops and services. <br /> <br />It is on the second floor of a 7 storey concrete building, and has been completely renovated to like brand new, and is always in immaculate and clean condition. Everything you could possibly want or need for your Maui "dream vacation" is provided for you right here in our unit --- from a fully equipped gourmet kitchen (including a "Keurig" coffee machine and blender), a full size clothes washer and dryer, super comfortable King size bedroom set, seating both inside (couch and dining table) AND outside (on our unit's own private patio OR up on the ROOFTOP BBQ and DINING VIEW DECK). We have also included all your beach supplies ("Tommy Bahama" beach chairs and beach umbrella, "boogie" boards, snorkel gear, coolers, "floaties", etc. etc.).<br /> <br />After dinner settle in and enjoy a movie on the 50" Samsung TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and Hulu are all set up and included), or stream some music over the "Alexa" Smart stereo speakers, or through the Yamaha Movie and Music Surround Sound Receiver powering a further 5 built-in-ceiling speakers. <br /><br />We also have a DUAL ZONE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM that cools both the main room as well as the bedroom - together or separately. Super quiet and efficient, this type of system is rare in condos in Maui, as most just have a single A/C unit in the main room that struggles to cool the separate bedroom area.<br /> <br />Outside there is a freshly renovated private freshwater swimming pool on the grounds, plus a 7th floor ROOFTOP BBQ and DINING/LOUNGING area for your enjoyment. Head on up there after a day at the beach and prepare your meal on one of the high end "Weber" built-in barbeques, and after being amazed by the wonderful ocean and sunset views, enjoy your dinner and drinks under the stars on one of the provided tables. What a way to end another perfect day in paradise, and guaranteed to please!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Our building is an easy 25 minute drive south from the airport, and when you arrive at our building there is free parking for your rental car "on site" in our buildings parking lot, a short 30 second walk up 1 flight of stairs, or quick 10 second elevator ride up to our second floor unit. At our door you will find a lockbox --- simply enter the provided code to get your key and let yourself in !<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We know that one of the most important parts of your vacation is obviously where you stay for your vacation. Rest assured that you will be more than pleased with our unit. It is located within a 90 second walk to a beautiful sandy beach, as well as being centrally located and very close to multiple dining and shopping options. The location can't be beat !<br /><br />In addition, we are sure that our unit will please you with its SUPERB CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS, its many INCLUDED FEATURES AND AMENITIES both inside and out, and as said previously -- LOCATION. You will LOVE it !<br /><br />Please note that all rates INCLUDE Hawaii State taxes of approx. 17.25%.
