Whether you want to explore everything Kihei has to offer or enjoy a quiet night in, these condos are the perfect place for you and all your friends! And it’s only a 20 minute drive from the airport!<br /><br />PLEASE NOTE:<br />This listing is for TWO condos. They are separate units NOT adjacent to one another but two buildings apart (see ariel photo). (Please do not track sand into the units)<br />-Both units are located in small boutique complexes of only 10 & 6 units each, which means the pools and BBQ area are never busy!<br />-An onsite laundry center in one unit ($1.50/load) and in-unit laundry in the other.<br />-Easy access to everything in Kihei and only a 20 minute drive to the airport<br /><br />Important facts:<br />-Both units are second-floor units WITHOUT an elevator<br />-The onsite laundry center costs $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. Laundry is in unit and free in one of the units.<br />-Children are welcome in our unit, but be aware the condo is NOT baby-proofed and there is NO LIFEGUARD at the pool.
