Dining, shopping & golfing are just minutes away.<br /><br />The condo is loaded with premium & luxury features. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a gourmet kitchen. The resort has two pool, tennis courts and private beach access. Perfect for a family of 4 or 5 persons.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Newly remodeled unit. 1600 sq/ft with 10 ft high ceilings. First time on the rental market in over a decade.<br /><br />Master Suite: New King size bed. Master suite has its own walk in closet, TV (55") , and an ensuite bathroom. There is a shower, Jacuzzi tub, and a double sink in the master bath. <br /><br />Second bedroom: Two new Twin XL beds that can be made into a single King bed. There's also a Twin pull out "Murphy" bed. There's a small (42") TV in the room. The two bedrooms share a small lanai. <br /><br />Second bathroom: A large walk in shower, toilet, and double sinks.<br /><br />Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a full gourmet kitchen, dining for 6 persons, large flat screen TV (65"), and comfortable seating. There's also a desk and work space in the common area.<br /><br />Lanai: Dining table for 4 persons, a new BBQ (propane) grill, loveseat and a sun lounger.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />All guests must register with the Condominium office and security. Guests who wish to park their rental cars need to obtain a parking pass from the office. Automatic gate opener cards will be provided. Lost cards cost $50 to replace. Access to the unit is via a keyless electronic lock with an access code. Access code is provided prior to check in. Guest should contact the host for access code information. Guests have full access to all pools, hot bubs, tennis courts, Gym and the beach.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Minimum of 5 nights stay is required per the condominiums' rules.
