Aloha and welcome to sunny Kihei! Our home is situated on Maui's southern shore. Kihei boasts 6 miles of beautiful world-class beaches, an array of water sports & nearby restaurants. Our 1000 sq ft, air conditioned home has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sofa bed (queen size) and a relaxing lanai. Pool, spa, and BBQs for guest use are also located on the property. The beach, turtle pond, and whale sanctuary visitor center are right across the street!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The home has been decorated & furnished to reflect the beauty of the vast pacific ocean, with a tapestry of blues, greens, & turquoise colors throughout. The unit has a light, airy feel and was remodeled throughout including a beautiful walk in shower, perfect after a long day on the beach. Countless small touches make this ideal for couples, friends or families. <br /><br />This unit includes free parking, high speed internet, smart TV, beach essentials and pool/spa/BBQ access. Pack 'n' Play and high chair are also available for infants. Complimentary tea, coffee, Brita water filter pitcher, soap and shampoo are also provided.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The unit is conveniently located at the front of the complex adjacent to S. Kihei Rd. Typical road noise may be heard during the day (generally less at night but obviously can not be guaranteed). Please take this into consideration before booking. The trade off is being the closest building in the complex to the beach!<br /><br />Guests self check-in and access the condo via a touchscreen keypad lock on the front door. A custom access code will be provided to the guest prior to arrival. The unit is located on the second floor, up one flight of stairs.
