Bedroom 2 located downstairs has a Queen Memory Foam Bed. Queen pull out sofa in Living Room. Sleeps maximum 6. It has a fully-equipped kitchen for meal prep and lovely lanai for outdoor dining. Unit is fully air conditioned. The coin operated laundry is directly downstairs from the unit. Free Wi-fi and parking.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />KGE is 1/2 a block from Lipoa Beach, where you can watch amazing sunsets and build sandcastles to your heart's content. The complex is nestled in a tropical garden setting, with a fenced pool, hot tub and shared BBQ area. Times Market is steps away for all your grocery needs and the Azeka Mall is right next door featured a variety of restaurants, shops and our favorite shave ice place (Peace,Love, Shave Ice). Great location for staying in or venturing out to explore the island.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />D203 is a second floor unit with stairs to the loft. It's not recommended for folks with mobility/climbing issues. The complex has no elevators.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Kihei Garden Estates #D-203 is supplied with beach chairs, beach umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach towels, and a cooler.
