A $73 resort fee @ checkin.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our newly renovated condo sits on the 3rd floor of a building away from the pools, which provides great view of the ocean and the resort grounds, with quiet, rare-to-find over 1000sf one level living. <br /><br />The spacious living, dinning and kitchen space with the ocean view as the backdrop is ideal for family to gather and relax together. A smart TV brings your in-home entertainment to your beach vacation. Books, games and kids toys are also available for your quality family time. Our kitchen is outfitted with beautiful African Mahogany cabinets, convenient appliances and all your cooking essentials. We love to dine on the lanai to watch the amazing sunset paint the sky over the ocean.<br /><br />You can also enjoy the ocean view from the comfortable master bedroom, where a smart TV is there to indulge your vacation viewing pleasure. There is a double-sink ensuite bathroom with the same beautiful cabinets.<br /><br />The light and bright guest bedroom has two new twin xl beds for easy accommodations for your family members, and can be pulled together to make another king size bed if requested ahead of time. We have found our condo is comfortable for 6 adults or 4 adults with 2 kids.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />We provide free on site parking for one vehicle if you have a rental car. However, since we are within walking distance to a stunning beach, great restaurants and shops, you can go car free some days, or just park your car and explore on foot! It is about $35 uber ride or 40 minute drive from the airport, where Costco and other stores are as well. Either way, we want to make sure you have wonderful vacation on Maui!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests.
