We included dishes, glasses, mugs, utensils, cookware, pots and pans, bakeware, mixing bowls, knives, cutting board...etc.<br />The bedroom features a Cal-King Bed and the Family Room has a Queen Sofabed.<br />We have provided BBQ tools and outdoor plates and cups for you to enjoy any of the BBQ grills on the property.<br />We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, dish soap, and even laundry detergent.<br />We also have beach towels, boogie boards, a cooler and beach chairs for you.<br />It is our aim to provide all the conveniences you need, so that you can spend as much time on the beach, doing activities, dining, and relaxing as possible!<br /><br />Strictly a non-smoking/non-vaping unit including balcony and non-smoking building.<br /><br />Pickleball/Tennis Court policy:<br />Pickleball/Tennis courts are available for use at no charge.<br />Rackets and tennis balls may be rented from the front office.<br />Guests must request digital codes from the front office to access the tennis courts.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will be automatically checked in on your scheduled arrival date.<br />We will send your digital code for accessing the unit before your arrival date.<br />Upon arrival, you are Required to register at the front office.<br />At that time, you will receive a parking pass and other welcome information.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />- Check-in is after 3PM and check-out time is before 10AM.<br /><br />- We can try to accommodate earlier check-in or a later check-out only if there are no bookings before or after your booking.<br />When there is a booking before or after, we need to make sure we have enough time for our cleaners to clean, sanitize, and prepare the unit for the next guest.<br />We pride ourselves with a clean home for all our guests.<br />In order to achieve this, we need to allow enough time for our cleaners.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />390180030253, TA-055-433-4208-01
