The building has free Wi-Fi for guests and is smoke free. There is reserved parking and laundry facilities. Gas BBQ grills are available on the lawn and the kitchen is fully equipped. The only thing between the unit and the ocean is the pool and grassy lawn for lounging. Being second from the ocean end of the building the unit is very quiet, the waves tranquilize you to sleep every evening in our king size beds. Both bedrooms have unobstructed views of the ocean so that you can always enjoy the view. The building is small enough to have a warm friendly feel but large enough to offer some great amenities such as a 808 General Store, Maui Yoga Path, Hawaiian Style Activities, business center, and gym. Located just blocks north of Wailea, you also have easy access to many golf courses, the Shops at Wailea, and all that south Maui has to offer.
