It is spacious and very comfortable for a family of four. The condo is an end unit on the 3rd floor with stunning unobstructed panoramic view of Pacific Ocean. An elevator and stairs are available. Whales are a common sight directly from the lanai when in season.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The property is centrally located, 9 miles southwest of Kahului airport. The property is clean and very well kept. The beach and swimming pool are never over crowded which allows for a quiet, relaxing day. It has communal BBQ's and swimming pool. When you are ready for more activity, dining, shopping, and local attractions are just a few minutes away. The Kihei Canoe Club is right next door which gives you a sense of the Hawaiian culture. You can watch their activities and you can join them on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. A convenience store, farmers' market, bakery and popular shaved ice and ice cream store are just across the street. The complex is not on the Minatoya List.
