From inside the home and out on the lanai, you can look through the beautiful Monkey Pod trees toward the ocean and see Molokini and Kahoʻolawe in the distance. From the front windows, you can even see Lanaʻi on clear days.

The condo also has direct views of majestic Haleakalā, Maui’s 10,000-foot volcano. Wake up to incredible sunrises over the mountain and enjoy moonrises in the evening as the moon climbs above the summit. On the opposite side of the condo, you’ll experience beautiful Wailea sunsets, giving the home both sunrise and sunset views throughout the year.

The location within the property is ideal — peaceful, private, and just a short walk to the pool, jacuzzi, grilling stations, and Wailea’s world-famous beaches and resorts including the Andaz, Four Seasons, Grand Wailea, and Fairmont Kea Lani.

Designer Remodel & Comfort

The condo has been thoughtfully updated with a fresh contemporary feel featuring:

• Air conditioning throughout the entire condo
• Rich bamboo floors with ebony finish
• Designer lighting throughout
• Custom Bose surround sound system
• Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom
• Beautiful fine art photography created by me and professionally gallery-mounted throughout the home

Unlike many units at The Palms, this condo includes AC in both the living room and bedroom for complete comfort day and night.

Indoor / Outdoor Maui Living

The open-air architecture at The Palms at Wailea allows the tropical trade winds to flow naturally through the home while still giving you the comfort of full air conditioning when desired.

The lanai is one of my favorite places in the condo — perfect for morning coffee, sunset wine, or nighttime stargazing under Maui’s clear skies.

Walk to Wailea’s Best Beaches & Resorts

You are only a short walk from Wailea’s luxury resorts, restaurants, beach paths, shopping, golf, and fitness activities.

Start your morning with coffee at the Andaz and walk along the Wailea Beach Path past the Four Seasons, Grand Wailea, and Fairmont Kea Lani while enjoying some of the most beautiful ocean views in Hawaii.

Wailea’s Blue and Emerald golf courses are also just minutes away.

Beach & Resort Amenities Included

The condo comes fully stocked with everything needed for an amazing beach vacation including:

• Beach chairs
• Umbrellas
• Coolers
• Beach towels
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Multiple coffee makers

The resort pool and jacuzzi are less than a one-minute walk away and are one of the best sunset spots on the property.

I truly love this home and hope you will enjoy Maui as much as I do.

Warm Aloha,
Lawrence Daluz

Guest access
a welcome letter will be sent to you before arriving and after the hotel taxes are paid which are 18% of the nightly rate
The letter will contain your keyless entry code and the condo's details

Other things to note
Aloha,

Welcome to my beautiful home on Maui at the Palms at Wailea

Check in is 4 PM check out is 11 AM

EXCITING NEW REMODEL MAY 2024!

EXCITING NEW REMODEL MAY 2024!
Welcome to my beautiful home on Maui at the Palms at Wailea!
The condo is located in the upscale neighborhood of Wailea and its location on the property makes it feel more like a private home than a condo in a resort. The views are expansive. Through the Monkey Pod trees off the lanai you can see a small ocean view of Molokini and Kahoolawe.
You are a 5 minute walk to all of the 5 star Hotels the first one is the ANDAZ Hotel where you can grab a coffee and then walk down the property through the cascading pools to the Wailea coastline and the boardwalk that will take you all the way to the Grand Wailea, Four Seasons and the Fairmont Kea Lani it a great way to start your morning for a run, or walk the first and enjoy the most beautiful views of the ocean or Sunset. You have access to all of the Hotels Restaurants, Shops, Bars, and even Fitness classes at The Grand featuring morning yoga on the beach, spin classes etc. Nancy Lawrence is the Head instructor there so mention to her that Lawrence sent you!
In May 2024 I had the entire apartment painted with semi gloss on the baseboards and doors and a satin finish on the walls, with blue ceiling over the bed, which I find very calming along with a fresh coat of ebony polyurethane on the Bamboo floors to give it that mirrored finish.
THE ART WORK
The art work on the walls are gorgeous Photographs that I have taken and have had printed on the same manner as the famous Photographer Peter Lik one of my favorite photographers, all of the large photos are printed on Fuji Flex chrome Crystal archive paper and mounted on museum quality glare and non glare acrylic and metal except for the on over the master bedroom which is matted and framed. all of the works of Art have specific lighting on dimmers and what makes them extra special is they are light reflective so the more light you give them the brighter they become!
Please be mindful when enter the apartment to remove your shoes and to keep your luggage and handheld carry-on personal items from hitting the walls as to avoid scuff marks, and would appreciate not touching the Art with your fingers to avoid finger prints please.
AIR CONDITIONERS
I also added air conditioning throughout the apartment in May this year so that the entire unit can be chilled down on those really hot days.
There is a split unit in the living room and in the bedroom for your comfort. Most of the units at the Palms only have AC in the bedroom but I thought it was time to add it to the living room as well.
The design of the Palms at Wailea architecture is an open air design which is why there are so many windows to allow the trade winds to flow through the home but please be mindful if the winds are too strong especially through the front door as it can blow my gorgeous Moooi Stainlesss steel Chandelier with over 100 LED lights sideways as is very light in weight like a large Christmas ornament, also if if there are leaves that accumulate can enter the apartment as well
TV BEDROOM
The television in the master bedroom has cable TV and an Amazon fire stick.
Just change the input with the Panasonic remote
There is a spectrum remote to operate cable TV
There is an Amazon fire stick remote to operate it
CONDO AMENITIES
The condo comes with anything and everything you can think of in the kitchen including three different ways to make coffee and for the beach the condo comes complete with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, cooler and toys.
ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM
I have always loved Bose surround sound systems that produce the most amazing sound when watching movies or playing music through the smart TV I even have one in my NYC apartment and by the way if your ever interested in visiting NYC I rent it out as well
To operate the TV in the living room, simply use the Sony remote to power on the television.
Give it a minute or two and the Denon receiver in the white cabinet will automatically turn on as the television switches to the external speakers which are connected to the denon receiver, featuring the Bose surround sound system.
There are four speakers in the ceiling and one center speaker in front of the television for the ultimate sound and vision experience!
THE VIEWS, POOL AND GROUNDS
The condo faces south, from the lanai and can you look over the beautiful lawn and hedges through Monkey Pod trees you can see the small island of Molokini and Kaho'Olawe in the distance.
I'd also like add that the condo feels more like a home then part of a resort complex since there are no other units that can see into the apartment which makes it feel more like a private residence with gorgeous views of the ground and Palms off the Lanai
When you're looking south out of the condo whether it's out of the master bedroom living room, or lanai you'll have a direct view of the 10,000 foot mountain called Haleakala!
Every morning you'll experience the sunrise over Haleakala when you start your day!
The sun continues to rise up and over the condo and sets on the other side where you can watch the Sunset through the windows by the front door in the entryway and living room.
The pool is just a one minute walk from the condo, literally just walked downstairs and across the parking lot, stay to the left of the hedge which stores the recycling and rubbish, keep walking till you get to the next parking lot and road, turn right and the pool is there on your left.
The pool is best place to watch the sunset, especially from the third floor gazebo.
The pool and grounds are extremely exquisite. The pool has an amazing Jacuzzi, and the grounds feature every palm specimen in the world. There is a lily pond next to the pool and it runs down into a brook with a little bridge that goes across it as it makes it way down the property to the lower units.
We are situated at the top of the hill on the same level as the pool, so you won't be hiking up and down the hill to go to the pool, there are also outdoor grilling just steps from the condo

The first Hotel you come to is the Andaz Hotel, I like to start there get a coffee, which is usually free and then make my way through the property with its cascading pools down to the ocean and onto the path along the water in front of all of the hotels!

LANAI STARGAZING
On a clear night, the lanai is the perfect spot for stargazing!
Not only do you get a Sunrise and Sunset over Haleakala, you also get a Moonrise and Moonset as well.
When it's a full moon, it's pretty spectacular to go down to the beach if it's a clear night and watch the moon set over the ocean
It's an unreal experience and remember to bring your camera everywhere you go :-)
EXPLORE THE ISLAND
You should definitely take the time to get in the car and explore the island!
You will need to make reservations
If you want to see the sunrise over Haleakala make advance reservations and arrive 30 minutes before the sunrises also the entrance fee is valid foe a week and will also give you access to the park areas in Hana as well
The drive is about an hour from the condo to Haleakala and 3 hours to Hana
You should definitely take the road to Hana (hI 360) which has 629 curves and 59 bridges. the road leads you through flourishing rainforests, flowing waterfalls, plunging pools and dramatic seascapes
I suggest you leave early in the morning as possible if you wanna make it back home in time to see the Sunset in Wailea.
I would leave around 7:30 AM, maybe stop at Twin Falls, or just keep on driving until you get into Hahn town where you find the black Sand Beach of Waiʻānapanapa State Park.
You can park at the end of the road in the same parking pass as the one you use for Haleakala State Park.
Hike up to the twin waterfalls a mile and a half up which is an unforgettable experience!
Two other hotspots over there are we red sand beach, which is just on the other side of Hana Bay.
You can park in front of the school and there's a trail that takes you around the right side of the mountain to the beach
If you're unsure, just ask
One other amazing spot it's called the Venus pool where the ocean meets freshwater, a site that is not to be missed but here you're asked to jump off a rock at least 10 feet high or more so more for the adventure types.
WHERE TO EAT IN WAILEA
Food shopping can be fun here!
The closest store is the gourmet market in the shops at Wailea
One of my favorite health food stores is Hawaiian Moon just down the road
One of my favorite restaurants is the Monkey Pod which requires a reservation, but also reserves tables to accommodate walk-ins a
Oao Sushi is in the same complex as Monkey Pod the Gateway Plaza and the sushi restaurant gets five stars.
KIHEI RESTAURANTS
Kihei Town has a lot of less expensive choices for dining and one of the things they do best are fish tacos like Paia fish, market, and Coconuts and sushi like sushi in Paradise and Kohisa.
GYM
Powerhouse Gym is the best on the island so you might want to check that out!!
EMERGENCIES
My housekeeper, Don Batbie is available for extra cleaning and if I am not available as he is my own island agent
If you are a golfer Wailea Blue and Emerald courses are world class and steps away.

I WANT TO WELCOME YOU TO MY HOME!!

A WARM ALOHA TO YOU,

LAWRENCE DALUZ

These taxes are applied to the nightly rate
Hawaii State taxes 18%
Transient accommodations license number
GE-186-625-2288-01
TA-186-625-2288-01
Tax Map Key Number
2100/8082/0040

Maui county transient accommodations taxes 3%

Registration Details
210080820040, TA-186-625-2288-01
